Work Environment

This full-time position is located onsite at our outpatient office in East Brunswick, New Jersey. You will work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients by conducting thorough assessments and collaborating with referring physicians to implement customized treatment programs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver specialized care across various disciplines, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Implement therapeutic techniques in the clinic setting, assisting patients in developing strength, improving mobility, and achieving individual rehabilitation goals.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions positively contribute to patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine care strategies that maximize patient success rates.
• Educate and train patients and caregivers about their treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Meet established utilization goals while furthering organizational objectives and enhancing financial performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals of all ages and varying medical histories. Specifically, you will engage with clients requiring rehabilitation after sports injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions affecting their mobility. Your expertise will allow you to create tailored interventions that speed up recovery while addressing specific functional limitations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapy State License in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Proficient in word processing and computer applications for maintaining patient records and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• State licensed as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a similar outpatient setting.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• A strong desire to foster meaningful relationships with patients, inspiring them to surpass their rehabilitation goals.
• Proven ability to build community connections, enhancing organizational visibility.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package. This includes performance-based incentives, reimbursement for local and national association dues, and assistance with license renewal fees.
