Work Environment

Located in the heart of Helmetta, our facility emphasizes a collaborative and supportive work culture. As a Physical Therapist in our rehabilitation center, you will work onsite in a warm, patient-friendly environment that prioritizes both therapist and patient well-being. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule for all staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for each patient to establish tailored treatment plans that align with their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational interventions to maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one treatment to an adult patient caseload, focusing on individuals aged 40-65, with an average throughput of three patients per hour.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and clinical support staff, to ensure optimal patient care and program effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes using CureMD EMR, facilitating seamless communication among healthcare providers and tracking patient advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary responsibility will be managing an adult patient demographic, with a focus on individuals aged 40 to 65 who are dealing with various orthopedic conditions, chronic pain, or post-surgical recovery. You will tailor your approach, recognizing the unique needs and goals of each patient, to promote a successful rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Exemplary clinical reasoning abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for building patient rapport and delivering effective therapy.

Preferred Experience

• While a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred, candidates with relevant hands-on outpatient experience will also be considered.
• Previous exposure in an outpatient clinic setting will be beneficial, allowing you to integrate quickly into our dynamic team.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
