Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Integrative Manual Therapy and Wellness, a leading holistic therapeutic and chiropractic wellness center located in East Brunswick, New Jersey. This full-time role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, supplemented by performance bonuses. Work Environment

Operating primarily onsite in our outpatient office, you will interact frequently with patients as well as other healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance the overall quality of life for our patients.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate care and promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions to comply with regulatory standards and support continuity of care.
• Engage in regular team meetings to share insights and discuss best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our therapeutic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our team predominantly serves a diverse patient population with a focus on musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and orthopedic injuries. As part of your role, you will develop strong relationships with patients of all ages, from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic pain. Your empathetic approach will help patients feel supported and motivated throughout their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapy License in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, ideally within outpatient or orthopedic settings.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for healthcare professionals.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with advanced manual therapy techniques and familiarity with therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Previous roles in a multidisciplinary clinic setting, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of integrated patient care.
• Demonstrated interests in ongoing professional development, with a commitment to continuous learning within the field of physical therapy.
