Remote HR Business Partner

Partnering with departmental leadership, the full-time Remote HR Business Partner will develop and execute HR best practices in change management, talent assessment, and employee engagement while providing strategic support to management and employees. Key responsibilities Formulate partnerships across departments to deliver value-added HR services and insights to management and employees Drive talent growth initiatives and lead workforce planning through talent assessment and career development programs Implement employee retention strategies and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture Required qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field with three years of HR generalist experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred Strong HR generalist experience with a focus on workforce planning, change management, and employee retention Proven success in consulting with senior management and influencing business leaders Recent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
