Bilingual Intake Coordinator

Receiving inbound calls and processing requests, the full-time Bilingual Intake Coordinator will facilitate the authorization process while ensuring compliance with health plan policies in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Document demographic information from telephonic, fax, or email requests within the care management system Make outbound calls to follow up on discharge information or request updated clinical information for concurrent review Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure service requests are handled appropriately Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English GED or High School Diploma High attention to detail in maintaining accurate and timely relations with partners and members Experience with medical terminology is a plus
