When our customers and employees trust us, they are trusting our family standard. We are growing and looking to add a Branch Manager to our team of experts. The Branch Manager is responsible for the success of the branch in the areas of safety, profitability, and general operations. As a Branch Manager, you would be responsible for: Directing, coordinating, and overseeing activities of branch personnel and equipment productivity Creating budgets, marketing, staffing, and equipment plans for all branch operations Communicating production goals and conduct performance reviews with field team members Executing, evaluating, and updating budgets, marketing, staffing, and equipment plans Collaborating with project coordinator to schedule work and review completed work Ensuring crews are completing all assigned work properly and have been informed of any new changes Working with leadership team to implement career and training path, including skills tests, along with incentive programs for field team members Ensuring weekly safety meetings are held and sign in sheet is sent to Safety Director Providing same day estimates to customers Ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained with a clean appearance and ensuring all required paperwork in vehicles is up to date and any outages are reported Making prospect calls, following up with referrals and cross-selling to gain quality leads Reporting directly to the President and the Leadership Team Requirements: Must be a team player with a positive attitude!
