The role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Staff will work 36 hours per week with every other weekend required. Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent ICU experience. Experience in Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, or Transplant ICU is preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary. NIH certification is also required. Floating to different units within the organization will be necessary. Call duty may be required as part of this position. The patient care setting includes interdisciplinary support services. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. The unit provides care for various diagnoses including trauma and surgical patients. Candidates must possess skills in various critical care procedures. Compliance with credentialing processes is essential for employment.
