Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, using psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gather comprehensive patient histories.

• Collaborate with patients to co-create actionable and culturally sensitive treatment plans, tailored to their specific goals and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across various settings such as individual, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Document clinical information accurately and in a timely manner, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to all clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with essential strategies for managing mental health issues and fostering resilience.

• Engage in a collaborative approach with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for all patients.

• Conduct regular evaluations to assess treatment outcomes, modifying care plans as necessary based on patients' feedback and clinical evidence.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the mental health field, continuously enhancing your skills and integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
