About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Welkom . This role involves providing expert support and guidance across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture within the Free State region. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Develop and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters. Assist in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports for management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably as a Specialist or Generalist. Solid understanding of South African labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
