Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess and review clients' progress, providing a comprehensive evaluation of their challenges and achievements.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that are reflective of clients’ unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Performing intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs accurately and effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
