Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a comprehensive caseload of youth clients, establishing positive, therapeutic relationships by demonstrating professional ethics and appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and treatment planning, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that consider diverse clinical needs and treatment goals.

• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely progress notes and maintaining compliance with clinical documentation standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to gauge client needs and effectively formulate treatment options.

• Engage in individual sessions weekly, providing clients with the tools and guidance necessary to foster their independence and confidence.

• Participate in individual supervision to further enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices in therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves youth facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Ability to fulfill requirements for internal credentialing within relevant clinical settings to provide quality care.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated ability in assessment, diagnosis, and provision of both individual and group therapy.
