Key Responsibilities\n

• Hold a caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and professionalism.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to track progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' needs and appropriate treatment pathways.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions using various modalities tailored to the client's therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and ensure ethical practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves youth populations dealing with anxiety, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
