Project Billing Specialist: Invoicing & Closeout

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in the United States is seeking a Billing Specialist who will coordinate with billing personnel, project supervisors, analysts, and customers to set up, invoice, and closeout multiple projects. You will organize materials/labor from new Purchase Orders into jobs, manage lien waivers, permits, and reconciliations for closeouts, and communicate progress on accounts receivable.
