Field Account Manager

Nor Metals, a major precious metal recycling company, is seeking to hire a Field Account Manager who is looking to join a fast‑paced growing company and take on new exciting challenges. The perfect candidate must be ambitious, self‑motivated, and passionate about sales. Because we are expanding rapidly, this position offers extensive room for growth. Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel preferred). Must be driven and have excellent communication skills. Full sales cycle responsibilities from prospecting through closing the sale and follow‑up activities for account management. Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization, from a dentist/jeweler to a front‑office professional. Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to turn difficult situations into positive outcomes. Desire to learn and grow. Desired Skills and Experience Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated team player with a strong work ethic and hunger to achieve. Strong time management and organizational skills. Must be trustworthy and reliable. Proven ability to network and build rapport. Possess strong negotiation and closing skills. Metal/gold recycling industry experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business. Meet with existing and potential clients. Meet and exceed new business sales goals. Stay in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
