Execute routine and complex clinical laboratory assessments—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others—adhering to established protocols with utmost care.

Meticulously analyze results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and manage preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.

Assist in specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing whenever required.

Thoroughly document all lab procedures, provide training to new personnel or students, and contribute to maintaining rigorous lab quality standards.

Ensure a clean, safe workspace, diligently following regulatory and accreditation protocols.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree coupled with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of your hiring date.

Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
