Project Coordinator

Parcome is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Support & Project Coordinator to join our New York team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is organized, proactive, and excited to work with leading brands across luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, and jewelry. You’ll work closely with our Sales team while also taking ownership of projects produced with our local vendor network. What you’ll do Support the Sales team with client requests and day-to-day project follow-up Prepare and ship samples, swatches, catalogs, and presentations Track projects from development and sampling through production and delivery Coordinate directly with local vendors on quotes, samples, timing, and production Manage reorders, inventory reporting, and customer follow-ups Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Accounting Help solve problems and keep projects moving on time What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, customer service, or production Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple projects Great communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of ownership and a team-player mindset Interest in luxury packaging, gifting, product development, or manufacturing Proficiency in MS Office - Adobe suite What we offer Competitive salary, healthcare, 401(k), flexibility, company phone, company computer (mac) and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within our international team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Parcome Paris
