Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Harmony Family Support, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Providing therapeutic interventions and conducting individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity.

• Facilitating regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment approaches and enhance team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
