Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to cater to client needs.

• Implement specific treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Create personalized treatment plans that include defining clear goals, recommended interventions, and progress monitoring.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to clients.

• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary to support clients during critical moments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
