Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a remote role, allowing therapists the flexibility to conduct sessions via telehealth platforms while maintaining close connections with colleagues through virtual team meetings and consultations. Our outpatient office setting emphasizes a supportive atmosphere conducive to professional growth and collaboration. During standard hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., therapists will engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes, while still being part of a dedicated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that reflect their unique goals and experiences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to achieve effective clinical outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote mental wellness.

• Monitor client progress using meaningful metrics, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to foster continual improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults grappling with various mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, some facing additional challenges like homelessness, trauma, or domestic abuse. Your role will be essential in providing empathetic support and guidance to help clients rebuild their lives and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
