Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting while incorporating aspects of our outpatient office environment. Our facility is equipped with modern technology and resources that facilitate effective communication and collaborative practice among staff. We support a strong work-life balance with a structured work week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring that our therapists have the time to recharge and manage their personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering a comprehensive understanding of their mental health journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving client needs.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide integrated treatment solutions that enhance client outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorder treatment to refine therapeutic approaches continuously.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to share insights and strengthen collaborative efforts.
