Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health and relationship-related issues.

• Design personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, including evidence-based therapies and interventions.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic goals are clearly communicated and pursued.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide referrals to specialized resources and services when additional support is required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance addiction. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in Massachusetts.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional therapeutic communication skills coupled with the ability to motivate and inspire clients toward personal growth.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy and remote counseling methodologies.

• Background in community health settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Previous experience working with high-risk populations or in intensive care settings desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
