Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, as well as individual therapy when needed, focusing on emotional attachment and relational dynamics.

• Helping clients navigate complex issues such as grief, job stress, blended family challenges, and separation/divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress and therapy sessions.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various life challenges. You will address issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and adjustments to separation or divorce. Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
