Work Environment\n

This therapist position offers a remote working environment, enabling you to deliver care from the comfort of your home office while having access to the support and resources of our outpatient facility. You will be part of a multidisciplinary treatment team that emphasizes collaboration, development, and a holistic approach to mental health care. The work schedule consists of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing work-life balance while providing consistent therapeutic support to clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations to assess mood disorder symptoms, including frequency, intensity, and duration, to create individualized therapy plans.

• Develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), matched to clients’ unique needs and goals.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journey.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest level of care and effectiveness.
\n
• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to integrate care for clients with co-occurring disorders.
\n
• Stay informed of the latest research and treatment trends in mood disorders to continuously improve therapeutic strategies and assist clients in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring client privacy and care continuity.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and peer supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and continuous professional growth.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and support efforts aimed at reducing the stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed therapist will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, many of whom may also face challenges related to trauma, domestic abuse, or displacement. Your role will be crucial in providing support, stability, and therapeutic guidance as clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Offering an annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
