Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering individualized therapeutic strategies designed to meet the unique needs of your clients. You will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop targeted therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions as well as group therapy for clients, families, and couples.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights to develop a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health practice.

Our client population encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred).

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.

• A proven capacity for teamwork in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While all candidates will be evaluated based on the above qualifications, those with specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care will be given preference. Experience in a community health clinic setting is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by potential bonus opportunities based on performance metrics. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
