Job Title: Billing Specialist Location: Gainesville, GA Pay Range: Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM What's the Job? Review and analyze carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and completeness. Proactively identify and resolve potential errors and duplicate billing issues. Facilitate the billing process for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external transportation providers to gather necessary documentation. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency of the billing cycle from freight bill receipt to client payment. What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation/logistics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to develop a working understanding of internal technologies and processes.
