WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Box is building a modern, AI-first Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Intelligence & Operations organization that makes it easier for Boxers to buy, scale, and manage technology spend — while unlocking business value, maintaining strong controls, and mitigating third-party risk.

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Partner to partner directly with our Box stakeholders, with a focus on Build (Engineering) and Box Security organizations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycles, manage commercial and technology contracting, drive proactive renewals, and optimize supplier performance across mission-critical cloud software, security tooling, and support Procurement Operations with reporting and/or special ad hoc process improvement projects.

This is a high-impact, problem-solving role, not an administrative one. As an AI-first company, we need a sourcing professional who looks beyond legacy sourcing motions — knowing how to leverage AI tools and data intelligence to accelerate cycle times, proactively manage renewal pipelines, and deliver commercial value while fostering strong, trusted cross-functional relationships.
