About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who is deeply committed to serving autistic individuals through evidence-based, respectful, and innovative approaches. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across both educational and clinical settings, collaborating closely with educators, therapists, and families.

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and autism assessments, including diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized and research-driven treatment plans
• Provide direct speech and language therapy using neurodiversity-affirming practices
• Support a range of communication modalities (e.g., AAC, gestalt language processing, etc.)
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment
• Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A), ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
• Partner with families to provide education, support, and carryover strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with autistic individuals and/or in pediatric settings
• Strong knowledge of current evidence-based practices
• Experience with AAC and alternative communication methods is highly preferred
• Previous experience supervising SLP-As is a plus
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
