As a new addition to Midtown Manhattan, we are seeking experienced managers to join our team!
As a team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Managers are expected to consistently provide restaurant guests with friendly and professional service in a well-maintained environment and ensuring 100% guests satisfaction. Assist the General Manager with staff training, pre-shift meetings, scheduling, ordering, and general restaurant maintenance.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):- Perform proper execution of opening and closing procedures, pre and post service duties
- Assist general manager with pre shift meetings
- Monitor service to guests in all areas of the restaurant
- Ensure team members' adherence to service standards
- Communicate with kitchen to update them of service issues (i.e. pace of service, VIP tables, parties)
- Review reservation sheet and seating plan and react to any special requests or VIP's
- Sustain guest relations
- Menu updates and descriptions
- Inspect dining room before service
- Maintain supply pars including linen, plates, glass, and silverware
- Maintain the phone coverage standards
- Inventory (Bar, Dry Goods, Etc)
- Hiring and training new team members to our level of service standards
- Opening and closing procedures
