Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments and evaluations of new clients to identify their psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique circumstances, regularly updating these plans based on progress.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities to address diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

• Perform crisis interventions, including rapid assessments and appropriate referrals of clients presenting with severe mental health concerns or emergencies.

• Engage in ongoing consultation and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to holistic care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
