Role Overview Executive Chef 2 – Corporate Services Location: Foundation Medicine Corporate Headquarters | Boston, MA Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an energetic, culinary-driven Executive Chef 2 to join our leadership team at Foundation Medicine’s state‑of‑the‑art corporate campus in Boston, MA. About the Operation This premier corporate dining account features: A modern employee café Specialty coffee bar Fitness center smoothie program Grab-and-go snacks and beverage offerings High-end catering and conference services Incentives M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends What You'll Do As the Executive Chef 2, you will partner closely with the Executive Chef 4 to support all culinary operations across the campus. This leadership role is approximately 80% hands‑on, making it ideal for a chef who loves being in the kitchen, developing teams, and creating memorable guest experiences. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the day‑to‑day management of all culinary operations Assisting with menu development, recipe execution, and culinary innovation Playing a key role in a growing, high‑end catering and conference services program Managing purchasing, inventory control, and product ordering Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of 6 hourly culinary employees Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation Ensuring efficient production and execution across multiple service areas What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
