Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote work setting, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and work-life balance. While the main operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, some evening shifts may be required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments to identify the specific needs, strengths, and treatment goals of clients entering our program for substance use disorders.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring each client receives tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual counseling sessions using techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy, aiming to motivate clients and recognize their progress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere where clients can share experiences and strategies critical to their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, specialized addiction medicine professionals, and other health practitioners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

• Perform crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support during substance-related emergencies and guiding clients to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients and their families about the nature of addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources to promote holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses. In addition, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus to support your transition into our organization.
