Role Overview

We are seeking a Trading Assistant for the CFD And Structured Notes Desk. The Desk works with Global Markets sales and structuring teams to issue equity, rates, currency, credit, and commodity linked structured notes, then the Desk is responsible for daily risk management of these liabilities. The role will focus on trade booking, including P&L and risk confirmation, but will also include periodic assistance with portfolio analysis, reporting, and projects. The successful candidate will communicate and collaborate well in a team environment, working with the other TAs, the traders, and support partners to complete daily tasks and help advance the business. An ideal candidate will have experience working in a trading organization and with trade booking processes, especially complex structured derivatives or securities.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking trades
• Confirming P&L and risk from trade bookings meets traders’ expectations
• Reconciling trader activity with trade bookings
• Assisting traders and support partners with portfolio inquiries, analysis, and reporting
• Assisting traders and support partners with technology or business enablement projects

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a trade operations or similar role
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, tight-timeline trading environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross‑functionally
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
