Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Pioneer Counseling and Treatment Center, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering individual therapy sessions using tailored techniques that nurture personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Providing teletherapy solutions that make accessing mental health care more convenient for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals ranging from children to adults who face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and interpersonal conflicts. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their pathways to recovery, offering support through various therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
