Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake evaluations to assess clients' needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy to clients experiencing various mental health challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions or couples therapy as preferred, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for participants.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical documentation in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with range from adolescents to adults, addressing diverse issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your ability to build rapport with clients and create a safe, empathetic space for therapy will greatly enhance their healing journey and foster meaningful connections.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions and manage client interactions.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, including the ability to complete detailed clinical documentation.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• A commitment to passing a background check to ensure a safe environment for clients.

• At least two years of professional experience working as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
