¿Desde donde trabajarás????? Modalidad de trabajo presencial : Oficinas en San Juan, Puerto Rico.
¿Qué harás como como Internal Provider Relations Representative?
- Gestionar los procesos de contratación y servicio a proveedores desde la oficina central.
- Recibir, atender y/o canalizar peticiones que se reciben a través de llamadas o visitas de proveedores (walk-ins).
- Revisar y gestionar la documentación requerida para la credencialización de proveedores.
- Brindar atención oportuna a necesidades post-contratación, asegurando la calidad en el servicio.
- Identificar y validar las gestiones de apoyo al proveedor para garantizar el cumplimiento y un servicio de 5 estrellas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento con las políticas, procedimientos y estándares de la empresa.
- Documentar tus procesos utilizando los sistemas y nuestras herramientas oficiales.
Lo que buscamos en ti
- Grado Asociado (o equivalente) de una institución acreditada.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en servicios a proveedores de salud.
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente (preferiblemente).
- Modalidad de trabajo presencial desde la oficina central en San Juan.
