Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health challenges and thereby develop effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using tailored techniques for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Provide teletherapy solutions for clients who may benefit from remote sessions, accommodating those with mobility challenges or those located outside of the immediate area.

• Maintain precise documentation to meet ethical standards and support ongoing client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest innovations in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families affected by a range of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
