Job Title Physician - Department of Radiology, Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging (Open Rank/Track Faculty) Location Columbus, Ohio Shift Traditional in-person, 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Evening shift available 4pm – 1am, 7 days on, 14 days off. No evening or overnight call responsibilities. Remote/hybrid opportunities available for the right candidate. Weekend and holiday coverage limited and shared equitably. Position Overview The Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine/Wexner Medical Center seeks faculty for Abdominal Imaging. Candidates are expected to contribute to patient care, research, and training of graduate and postgraduate students while advancing clinical excellence, innovation, and education. Responsibilities include clinical practice, education, research, and service within the Department and Division. Duties and Responsibilities Provide high‑quality patient care in abdominal and pelvic imaging. Contribute to clinical and imaging operations of the Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging Division. Deliver clinical instruction, lectures, seminars, and related educational offerings both within OSUWMC and at the regional and national level. Collaborate with faculty and leadership to develop and refine medical student, resident, and fellow training opportunities. Serve as mentor and sponsor of residents, fellows, and faculty. Support clinical and translational research activities and innovation. May serve as principal investigator or co‑investigator in grants and/or clinical trials. Serve on departmental, OSUCOM, or OSUWMC committees to represent the research and innovation interests of the Department. Qualifications M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Board eligible or board certified in Radiology (ABR, ABOR). Completion of a subspecialty fellowship in Abdominal & Pelvic imaging by time of appointment. Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio. Compensation Package Salary commensurate with experience level, bonus, relocation assistance.
