Sales Closer
Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine team. We're looking for confident sales professionals who excel in phone-based conversations, know how to handle objections, and consistently close deals.
In this role, you'll work exclusively with 100% inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. There is no cold calling required you'll be provided with qualified opportunities, proven solutions, and the training and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief services
- Understand client situations and identify the best solutions for their needs
- Present available options clearly and confidently
- Establish trust and guide clients through the sales process
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals

Qualifications
- 12 years of phone sales experience required
- Proven ability to close deals and handle objections
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls
- Motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
Location & Schedule
In-Office Position Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM One half-day Saturday shift per month
