Building Operations Specialist

Amentum is currently seeking a Building Operations Specialist in Chantilly, Virginia. The selected employee will be in a call center environment, monitoring alarms and facilitating customer service inquiries. Minimum Requirements Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience working in customer service. Experience in a call center or facilities environment. Monday–Thursday from 1500hrs to 0100hrs. Must be able to work night shift and rotational shift if required. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance at the TS/SCI, polygraph level. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree considered with 3+ years of customer service experience. Minimum years of experience: 3 years. Procedure Compliance: Understand and implement operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies related to the job.
