Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile AP, AR, and general ledger transactions.
- Assist with month-end/year-end close and journal entries.
- Support inventory costing, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
- Assist with COGS calculations and project cost tracking.
- Support internal/external audits and sales tax compliance.
- Work with production and procurement teams on cost-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0 2 years of related experience, including internships.
- Familiarity with cost accounting or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- ERP experience such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- CPA track/progress toward certification preferred.
