Tier 2 IT Support Engineer - M365 & Automation

Jobless

Concept Plus is seeking an ambitious Tier 2 Help Desk Engineer to support 300+ users and optimize IT operations from our Fairfax, VA team. You will own Tier 2 issues, backfill Tier 1 during spikes, administer Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive), and work with Jira Service Management to improve processes and SLAs.
