Looking for Front Desk / Sales Admin / Service Coordinator
The Outdoor Lights is a well-established, family-owned company specializing in high-end outdoor lighting. We are looking for a hardworking & dependable person to join our close-knit team. If you’re committed to providing the highest level of customer service & thrives in a fast paced environment, we have the ideal opportunity for you.
In this position, you will work alongside our Office Manager & Service Manager answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing and sending invoices & estimates, and creating sales orders & purchase orders.
Required skills, knowledge, and abilities:
Attention to detail is a MUST
Self starter
Team player
General knowledge of computers
Programs such as QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce
Good spoken and written English
Basic math skills
Hours are Monday - Friday: 7am-4pm
