DACH & Europe Business Developer: Growth & Partnerships

Business Developer Europe Focus on North-Germany and DACH countries in general. About the position Due to our growth and focus on expanding our export business, we are looking for additional staff in various regions. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for expanding Winsol's customer base throughout the DACH region and manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers. Your customers are pergola dealers, general contractors, architects, gardeners and landscapers, carpenters, and installers. In this role, you will report to the Sales Export Manager. About the role Your tasks in this role include: After intensive training, you'll get to know the company, its products and the market. You'll manage a good portfolio of customers, which you'll monitor closely. You’ll expand the customer portfolio throughout Europe via active prospecting. You’ll negotiate tailor-made solutions for your customers, in consultation with our technical experts and the back office. You follow up on developments and keep your knowledge up to date. You will manage customer expectations on a daily basis and ensure rigorous follow-up. You will report regularly to management and other stakeholders within the Winsol Group on the progress of sales initiatives, targets achieved, challenges, market information (pricing, products, delivery schedules,…),… The first focus will be in Dach, to support the current sales team. Next to this, we would like to expand in other countries mainly North and East Europe. About you You fit perfectly in this role because you: Preferably have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Have at least 2 years' experience in sales and are very customer-oriented . With your innate dynamism and communication skills , you get great satisfaction from building and developing a large network. Enthusiasm and persuasiveness come naturally to you. Are driven by achieving ambitious goals and building lasting relationships. Are organized, good at following up with clients and enjoy working autonomously . In return, we will place a great deal of trust in you. Are willing to travel regularly to clients and to headquarters (Belgium) for consultations. Zu Ihren Ansprechpartnern zählen unter anderem Pergola-Fachhändler, Generalunternehmer, Architekten, Garten- und Landschaftsbauer, Tischlereien sowie Montagebetrie be.In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an d en Sales Export Mana g er. Ihre Aufgaben Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung lernen Sie unser Unternehmen, unsere Produkte sowie die relevanten Märkte kennen und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Kundenportfolios Aktive Neukundenakquise und Ausbau unseres Netzwerks in der DACH-Region Entwicklung und Verhandlung individueller Kundenlösungen gemeinsam mit unseren technischen Experten und dem Vertriebsinnendienst Analyse von Markt- und Branchentrends sowie kontinuierliche Erweiterung Ihres Fachwissens Professionelles Erwartungsmanagement und konsequente Betreuung Ihrer Kunden Regelmäßiges Reporting an Management und interne Stakeholder über Vertriebsaktivitäten, Zielerreichung, Marktinformationen und Entwicklungen Unterstützung des bestehenden Vertriebsteams in der DACH-Region mit besonderem Fokus auf Norddeutschland Mitwirkung beim weiteren Ausbau unserer Aktivitäten in Nord- und Osteuropa.
