About the Role
Join an early-stage team building AI scheduling software as a Mid-Market Account Executive. You will convert qualified inbound interest into customers, guiding prospects through consultative sales cycles and helping shape the product as it develops for larger organizations.
What You'll Do
Convert qualified inbound pipeline through consultative discovery, connecting prospects' scheduling challenges to relevant product use cases.
Run 30-day pilots with groups of up to 10 people and manage the sales process from demo through close.
Lead discovery conversations with financial services and technology companies to identify scheduling needs across recruiting, sales, and executive teams.
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals by understanding the needs of buyers, end users, and decision-makers.
Share customer and prospect feedback with engineering to inform the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
Two to five years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least two years closing mid-market deals with $20,000 to $100,000 ACVs.
A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota, with at least one year in your most recent closing role.
Experience converting inbound opportunities as well as managing consultative sales cycles, not only long-cycle enterprise deals or outbound prospecting.
Experience at an early-stage startup is valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $150,000 annually, with uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with four days per week in the office and Wednesdays remote.
