About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
• Drive marketing, branding, and business development initiatives to grow revenue
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
• Set and uphold operational standards across service, quality, and hospitality

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Deep understanding of food service operations, staffing, and customer experience
• Knowledge of local health codes, labor laws, and restaurant compliance standards
• Passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement
