We're looking for an Appointment Center Coordinator to help us accomplish our mission of building a team of caring professionals who work together to provide a WOW customer experience. What you’ll do:

As our Appointment Center Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a pleasant and memorable customer experience throughout the appointment setting and follow up process. You will use your business and marketing knowledge to engage and educate potential customers. You will plan, organize and direct the daily operations of the appointment center, through coordination with homeowners and our project consultant team. You will be responsible for contacting each lead in a professional and timely manner, creating customer profiles and maintaining the lead to appointment conversion rate.

In additional you’ll also:

· Utilize our proven appointment setting and follow up method to keep momentum with our potential customers

· Contact warm leads generated through multiple platforms

· Monitor conversion of leads to appointments through weekly reports

· Ensure thorough and timely communication with homeowners via phone/email/SMS

· Create customer profile in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

· Maintain company brochures and information packets for our project consultant team

· Create appointment schedule and manage calendar for multiple project consultants

· Maintain excellent customer service and communication

· Actively work to gain customer referrals and reviews to generate new business

· Continually assess systems and processes, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend and implement changes

· Take the initiative to perform tasks which would assist fellow team members in successfully completing their job duties – We are a team!

Who you are:

· You have 3+ years of customer service experience

· You have 1+ years of inside sales/telemarketing experience, preferably in residential construction/exterior home renovation

· You must have a basic knowledge or willingness to learn information on residential construction and production of trades including roofing, siding, gutters and windows

· You are an independent self-starter with a strong sense of project ownership and entrepreneurial drive

· You are detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· You have the ability to handle 50-75 inbound/outbound calls daily

· You have the ability to manage multiple projects in a schedule driven environment, while being flexible to changing circumstances

· You understand basic computer skills

· You must be able to pass a background check

Extra credit:

· You have 5+ years of customer service/inside sales/telemarketing experience, preferably in residential construction/exterior home renovation

· You have a professional degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
