Project Coordinator/Bookkeeper
Our client located in Alpharetta is looking to hire a Project Coordinator/Bookkeeper. This is a newly created position open due to growth. Duties include:
- Processing Invoices
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Setting up Insurance Contracts for Jobs
- Collecting on Contracts
- AIA Billings
