Location: Findlay, Ohio

Start Date: Negotiable

End Date/Duration: Ongoing

Shift: Four clinic days + one remote administrative day weekly

Hours/Week: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent

Licenses/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology

Experience: Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Salary: Guaranteed $550,000 base annually

Sign-On Bonus: $55,000 + $100,000 student support

Additional Compensation: wRVU (no cap)

Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, 6 weeks PTO, $10,000 CME allowance, $10,000 relocation assistance, 403(b) with 4% employer match, PSLF eligibility

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care across the cancer program

Collaborate with a team of physicians, APPs, and specialists supporting patients with breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers

Manage inpatient and outpatient care responsibilities

Participate in clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation services

Utilize advanced facility resources including linear accelerators and CT simulators

Engage in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology

Ohio medical license (or eligible)

Experience in cancer care preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
