Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for our Northeast, PA client.


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including experience with Excel, and be comfortable handling purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
• Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data organization
• Create, process, and manage purchase orders
• Provide clerical support to office staff and management
• Answer phones and handle correspondence as needed
• Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with purchase orders required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and multitasking abilities

Hours are M-F 8 am to 4 pm and pay is $20.00 hr to start.
