Distribution Account Manager

Role Overview You will manage a network of Distribution Channels across Sweden and conduct direct business meetings with strategic channel partners. You will be responsible for the daily management of revenue and bookings forecasts and for coordinating regional activities with Sales and Marketing teams, Sales Operations, and Marketing. In your day‑to‑day role, you will handle sales‑related tasks and drive actions that increase Fluke’s market share and mindshare. You will do this by ensuring strong engagement and commitment from channel partners through cooperative business planning. You will also provide strategic direction and define strategic priorities for the accounts you manage across Sweden. This role involves close interaction with diverse employees across multiple countries in Europe. Responsibilities Achieve annual sales objectives. Participate in strategic planning for managed accounts. Drive operational efficiencies and high performance through the use of Fortive Business System tools. Use daily management routines to track performance and drive actions. Track competitive movements and provide market intelligence updates. Experience Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Physics, or Business Management. Have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management. Have experience in Channel Management; Value Added Resellers and Electrical or Industrial wholesalers experience is preferred. Personal Skills Problem solving. Managing conflict. Strong communication skills. People leadership capabilities. Strong analytical skills and use of data‑driven decision making. Ability to manage priorities and time efficiently.
